Introduction

TimeLuxeGo.com (“TimeLuxeGo Inc.,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Canadian software-as-a-service platform providing consultants and small firms with tools to track billable hours, create invoices, and generate compliance reports.

By accessing the Services—which include the website, apps, browser extensions, and APIs—you (“Subscriber,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Agreement to Terms

You accept these Terms when you:

  • Create an account
  • Click “I Agree,” “Accept,” or similar
  • Execute an order form
  • Use the Services in any capacity

If acting on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it. Do not use the Services if you disagree with any part of these Terms.

Description of Services

Your subscription may include:

  • Time Capture – Real-time/manual time entry with tagging, idle detection, and multi-device sync
  • Billing Engine – Automated invoicing in CAD, USD, etc., with GST/HST compliance
  • Compliance Reporting – CRA-compliant exports and optional SOC 2 audit logs
  • Insight Dashboard – Utilization, write-off, and revenue analytics

These are workflow and analytics tools only. They do not constitute legal, payroll, or tax advice.

Subscriber Responsibilities

  • Provide and update accurate registration and billing data
  • Safeguard login credentials and restrict access to authorized personnel
  • Review and confirm accuracy of time entries, tax settings, and invoices
  • Maintain your own records to satisfy audit requirements
  • Comply with applicable laws regarding client/contractor data
  • Report any suspected security breaches without delay

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeLuxeGo disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. This does not limit liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

Intellectual Property

All platform content—including software, UI, logos, and documentation—is the exclusive property of TimeLuxeGo or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable licence for internal business use only. Reverse engineering or redistribution is prohibited unless allowed by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access:

  • After 30 days’ written notice for material breach not cured
  • Immediately if required by law
  • If you become insolvent or cease business

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. If all fees are paid, you may export your data within 30 days.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not generated more than 10 invoices or exported more than one compliance report, you may request a full refund. After that, fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or product changes. Updated Terms will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Material changes take effect 30 days after posting, and we will notify active users via email or in-app banner. Continued use implies acceptance.

Effective Date

These Terms take effect on 13 June 2025 and apply to all use of the Services from that date onward.
